RVA leveling jacks for Monaco Knight

I have a 2004 Monoco Knight with an RVA leveling system. I can not seem to get the jacks to lower. There were no good instructions with the coach when I bought it. I called RVA and they pretty much blew me off and said that Monoco installed some sensor between the panel and the jacks, and that maybe the sensor was bad. All the lights seem to activate when I attempt to use the system, but I can not get the jacks to lower. It appears that the fluid level is OK. I even tried to manually lower the jacks using the manual I downloaded online from RVA without success. Is there a procedure I am missing? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Mine won't extend unless the ignition is on. Even though the panel lights, the jacks won't extend.
Switch the power switch to on and push middle (front) jack switch to Extend to lift the front, then the 2 rear jacks to level left/right and finally adjust the front for fore/aft level.

On ours, FW Expedition, the engine must be running, and the battery voltage has to be above 13.2 volts. Same for the slide outs.

The manual says to have the igition switch on then turn on the leveling system.,
It also said that some coaches are wired to have the ignition switch in accessory position.
