What or where is the best place to purchase the 41230 safe t steer and mounting bracket?

Are you referring to the SteerSafe? If so, I purchased one of these kits two years ago directly from the company that makes them. I would have had him to install them but he was out of town when we were traveling close to his business. I installed them myself. Not really very difficult once I figured out the installation instructions!

I purchased mine (Safe-T-Plus) and brackets from Amazon. Same Part number you listed (Blue)
