Schwintek Lippert slide room problems

I'm new to this forum so this has probably been addressed before but I haven't found it. I have a 2013 Winnebago Tour
In November 2015 the slide room wouldn't go in and out any more. I have an extended warranty that covered most of the repair cost and had the slide repaired by a dealer in Kingman As. They replaced all 4 rails and both motors the whole thing. I watched the repair and was satisfied the work was done satisfactorily. Slide worked great for 3 months then the same problem occurred with even bigger problems. Slide won't move at all now. I plan to take the coach back to the camping world dealer I bought it from but have no confidence it will work long term. We were supposedly given an year's parts and labor warranty on the first repair but Lippert says they won't cover it because it was installed improperly. The people that repaired it said they did exactly what Lippert said. I'm stuck in the middle. Has anyone else had this problem and what kind of solutions were you able to come up with. Thanks

Recommend you check check the controller and see if it's flashing an error code that may lead to a fix. Given all the previous work it's also possible you've got a low/no voltage issue - we finally found our issue behind the main fuse block, a loose wire (my block is at the rear driver side compartment door along with the starting batteries and DEF container). A call to Winnebago may also help - given the history of Lippert slide issues they appear to be more flexible about warranty timelines (see many comments in IRV posts). Best wishes...let us know what results so we can all learn.

Welcome to IRV2 and a new set of friends! Safe travels...

I hope this get resolved quickly.
We really like the floorplan on the Tour and Ellipse.
But we have some real concerns over those slide issues.

Winnebago is warranting these types of slides for 3 years. So depending on the purchase date for your 2013 MH they may cover the repairs.
