Schwintek Slide Creaking behind driver

I've read a complaint or two about this problem and mine was just getting worse. My previous coach had the same type slides and the same problem.
I went back and watched the video about putting lube on the slide system and just where it needed to be. The video could have been done much better, but it helped.
I went out to Lowes and got a can of 100% PFTE dry lubricant, not the brand mentioned in the video, but the same product.
I took the coach out before lunch where I could park it and put the big slide out, sprayed the tracks, sprayed the gibs, sprayed the motor connector sleeve and then took it for a drive.

Absolutely Quiet Better than I ever expected.

All the parts can be sprayed from the outside. Some of those parts can't be accessed from the inside on my coach. In order to do that you need a good 90* bend in the end of the spray tube. To do that I put a piece of wire inside the spray tube, put the 90* bend in it and laid it under a heat lamp until hot. Once cooled remove the wire and the tube will hold the bend.

Thanks for the tip about the tube. I've tried bending those tubes with no luck.

I put the part of the tube in almost boiling water for a few seconds and bent it while immersed. Worked fine, I just held the desired shape until it was cool (a few seconds)

Alank isn't there a gibb that you can only get inside and one that you can only get outside? I was looking and looks like the motor coupler and one gibb could be done from inside, one from the outside, but the bedroom one on our coach is way to tight to get to any of it inside. Which means if one gibb has to be done inside, that one probably will never be. How about yours?

The gib is at the same position on both sides of the plastic wheel at the bottom of the rack. On one corner of my slide I could see the end of the gib so I knew exactly where to place the end of the tube to spray.

If you do a nice job of getting a 95 or 100* bend in the end of the tube, it will reach right around to the backside of the plastic wheel and spray the inner gib. I do all of mine from the outside since most of my inner gibs can't be reached from the inside, it's just too tight up against interior walls. Plus, the spray can sort of splatter everywhere and after the spray media evaporates, you can have a lot of white lube powder spots to wipe off. That's better on the outside.

My purpose of putting the largest wire I could in the tube to bend was to be sure it didn't flatten out somewhere in the bend. Any method of heating will work fine, just don't melt it.

Mine was very loud especially on rough roads. Used Boeshield T9 (Boeing aerospace lube) and it is absolutely silent. 1500 mile trip without that noise was awesome

What parts did you lube?

Bdhicks, we're at the lake this weekend and was a silent ride out, just like you described you had with the Boeshield T9, may be the same PTFE. Whatever it is, it would be good on aluminum like is needed on the slides

I'll get a picture while my slides are out so you can see the wheel, bearing block, gib and where to lubricate.

Amazon: Boeshild 4oz spray. It has some kinda wax like material that clings on after it dries. It works! I used it on my squeaky electric steps too and they move in and out silently. It is fantastic!!! Try it, you will not be sorry. Boeing outdid themselves with this lube. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with eliminating your squeaks. The rails (lightly) just inside the rubber gasket above the top rail and above the bottom rail and the wheels on each rail.

Are the rails the washboard like track that the slide runs in and out on? And how do you get to the wheels?
