Seabreeze mas sensor

I have a 2005 Seabreeze with 8.1 vortec engine. Do I need to take the cover off in the inside of the coach in order to get to the engine to locate and service it? It needs to be cleaned as my motor home went to limp mode. Engine light came on and power went way down.

Yes, removing the doghouse cover will give you access to the engine.

The MAS is down by the air cleaner and if thats all you need to do then you don't have to remove the cover. Have you ran a diagnostic check to find the problem. If not the plug is under the dash on the left side of the steerig wheel.

MAS sensor

How do I get to the MNAS sensor then if I don't need to take cover off ? I am going to run a diagnostic check first. I've read that running the test might redo its self. Is that true ? Thanks much for the note back .Greatly appreciated.

I believe you are referring to the MAF Sensor, located in the air intake system, behind the right, passenger side, front wheel. This link will give you additional information.
