SeaLand toilet not holding water

My Sealand toilet was not holding water in the bowl so I searched the forum and of course found lots of good info. I just thought I would post my solution to maybe help someone in the future.
I ordered a new ball seal kit from Amazon.com for about $35 and it took about 30 minutes to replace. The toilet has been holding water for several days now.

If you call the company in most cases the will send you the parts you need at no cost.

My Sealand was doing the same on my '99 when I bought it several years ago. I ordered a new seal. While waiting for it to arrive, I took everything apart for a good inspection and cleaning. I found the ball had many bad scratches and figured a new seal would do nothing by itself. After a new ball and seal, still holding after 3 years.
