What ways are there to search the Internet for new and used RVs by specific features? For example, if I wanted to find only units with a side radiator.

For the most part the , side rad configuration , would have to be posted by the person creating the used listing. Other than that , you, as the searcher, would have to be aware of what manufacturer, produced which models of Class A, with the side rad.

EDIT: To start your online search, chose a floor plan; by the length and layout that appeals to you; then look for a manufacturer that offers that floor plan with the side rad set up. Once you have the model number that will give you the ability to narrow your online search.

If you want to search RV's for features you can buy software ($78.00) from RV.ORG. They will sell you a CD that has most current RV models (2000 - 2013) in a searchable format. I doubt if you can search for radiator locations (but maybe) but there are a lot of features you can search for.

Not sure you are looking for new or used. If used, you can put in "side radiator" in search functions on RVT.com and TVTrader.com and those that listed "side radiator" will pop up. What I've been able to learn is that the spartan chasis seems to have more side radiators than the freightliner. The Roadmaster RR8S is also a side radiator (vs the RR8R ... the key letter is the "S"). Other than that, I've looked at pictures provided to see if rear or side radiator. Appears more highend coaches have the side radiator. Other coaches depending on the years, such as the Monaco Camelot, HR Scepter, Winne Vetra have side radiators. Other coaches below these coaches in hierarchy within the same manufacturer, do not have the side radiators. Hope this helps some.
