Not sure just where you live - you've specified a pretty large area. I store my 40 ft MH at Plainview RV Storage, Colorado Springs - off of Marksheffel, just to the south of where North Carefree Ts into Marksheffel. I just came from paying my monthly rent - she has nothing today, but will next month, possibly two spots; individual garages, your lock on the door, gated with 24 hour access, 50 ft deep X 14 ft wide, water and sewage dump onsite - $290/month. Call 719 591.6739, ask for Karla.

Thanks, we live in Parker and don't mind driving 40-50 miles to a storage facility, especially since we have not been able to find indoor storage nearby.

there's a place off of Bronco Parkway that has large garage storage-they may be "condos" so not sure if they rent as well...they're next to the Arapahoe Co Sheriff's bldg..

I am re-visiting this topic and wanted to see if anyone has other options for indoor RV storage. Mostly interested in the summer months (May thru August) but realize I may have to rent for entire year.

you might check at Ken Carl and Santa Fe, west side just before drop down the hill. I can't remember their name , try google maps. They were indoor storage each had own lock type.

Are you sure of that address? Ken Caryl turns into Mineral and Mineral crosses Santa Fe. I don't think there is RV storage in that location.

I have a new indoor storage facility that I will be opening on the north side of Colorado Springs. Actually can store some units now. Email if interested.

Thanks
