Service above and beyond

I have to recommend Western Peterbuilt in Anchorage for outstanding service. Especially Service manager Wayne Schlaht.
I experienced a hydraulic pump failure which left me with no cooling fan or power steering. Wayne took pity on me and set me up to stay in their secure facility until repairs could be made. When the new pump arrived, three of his mechanics were unavailable and Wayne stepped up and did the wrenching himself!! The work was outstanding and he wouldn't let me express my gratitude. It was a pleasure to meet Wayne and I can't help but recommend his shop to anyone in that area.
