Service DP in Oregon?

I just acquired my first DP. 96 Holiday Rambler Imperial. I want to get the engine and generator serviced before I go full-time in July. The local option would probably work for an oil change but I really want RV service.

Any recommendation of someone you have done business with, can trust with good pricing? Medford, Bend, Eugene, Salem, Portland or even Redding, CA are all viable. Thanks.

Start with class 8 truck service shops. There are lots of them. What motor? See if you can find a service shop that specalizes in your specific motor.

It has an 8.3 liter Cummins Turbo Diesel 300HP with a 6 speed Allison World Transmission. The generator is a Onan 7.5kw diesel.

There is a very good Freightliner dealer at the Couberg exit on I5 they also have overnight camping spots. Its called Freightliner Northwest Coburg - Freightliner Northwest. I have seen vrry good reviews about them.

We've used Cummins Northwest in Medford in the past. They fit us in as we were heading to Seattle. They diagnosed a bad alternator and offered hookups in the back of the yard if we wanted to wait. We decided to press on, and there was no pressure to do the repairs. Even showed me how to wire open the fuel shutoff it batteries gave up.

Medford area, I would highly recommend Oregon Light Truck and RV for diesel service. Reliable and honest!
