Probably ran out of gloves and figured he's he's just disconnect and store when he gets home.

No, no.
That was option #007, which includes a remote dump valve control. Used to deter other spys following you, or tailgaters, when activated.

I installed a San-I-Con system so I don't have a Stinky Slinky; however I do carry one and I store it in a Stinky Slinky Storage Tube I installed from the rear on the frame rail.
Ya never know when it may be needed.

Nice job but the problem I would have is the bay doors are hinged on the top and the hose would not be as easy to access.

Nice set up, but don't you have a clearance problem at, say, RR crossings? When we had a TT, I attached a 6" PVC pipe with end cap and door to rear bumper in which to store the stinky slinky. Pulled into a gas station with moderate incline approach. Good thing I attached the pipe with monster zip ties instead of metal brackets as I watched the pipe tear off from the rear bumper. Reattached with spare zip ties and was on my way. Watched out for inclines after that.

My last motor home I used a large plastic tub and stored in the basement.
I also purchased Valterra Dominator Sewer Hose, it collapses and fit in the tub very easily.
I have a new MH now with a sewer Hose storage compartment - sweet!
I carry 3 10' collapsible sewer hoses and they fit into the storage area....my point being they are easy to store in the collapsed state.
I was looking at some of the storage ideas people have listed here and are interesting.
The Valterra web site also lists sewer hose storage similar to the PVC pipe people have used, here is their web site:

Thank you all for the tips! Lots of innovative approaches contained in this thread. I'm thinking that trying to rig up something along side the propane tank may work well for me (if I recall correctly - there may be a few inches of open space in there alongside the tank.) My next steps are to make a visit to the coach and take a look at what might work best for me. Thanks again!

Sandy...
Haven't had a problem yet, but then again I don't often frequent smallish roads that may have disjointed grade crossings.
Also, the pic I posted may be a bit misleading, as the coach is parked with airbags deflated. In motion, everything but the tires rides 4-6 inches higher.
My tubes are mounted a few feet forward of the rear axle, within the wheelbase span. In the case of your bumper mounted tube, the mount was perhaps 10 ft behind the trailer wheels, resulting in a much longer arm and possibly greater vulnerability to grade changes.
In any event, no, I haven't had a problem.

For all those who asked for the pix of my system by PM, I hope I've got them out to everyone. (Post 14). I seem to get the PM's in different ways and I had more requests than I planned on. If I have missed someone, please ping me again and I'll do my best to get the pix right out. Sorry for the mixup.

I know we have the same chassis with the only difference being I'm total electric and have an empty bay where the propane tank is usually mounted. A bit of work but I constructed a draw slide that allows me to store the hoses and other maintenance items.
