"Shake Down" trip complete!

Well, after replacing 6 gorgeous toyo 22.5's with new ones... (painful $$) Wife, son and I set out on our 2010 "Shake Down" trip to work out and realize any problems / failures. (Beaver just out of storage for winter... 20 years old and anything can go wrong) All went very well! We drove from Portland, OR to Seaside, OR (86 miles'ish) and stayed with parents... then to Astoria, OR and back to Portland (about 200 mile round trip)

Very pleased all my hard work and preventative maintence work paid off.

That old Gillig bus chassis / Air bags / HD Koni's & Cat/Allison combo still wants to "Go" on the road!

And all of your "Worry Snits" were waisted. I waste several "Snits" a week.

Happy summer travels, we will be passing thru your area in Oct.

Glad to hear your shake down went well, however, 2 years old or 20 years old really doesn't matter. Things can go south anytime, anywhere when you own a MH regardless of age. John H...
