Geeez, I can't imagine thinking about shaving legs in our RV shower. If I drop the soap, it's darn near impossible to bend over and pick it up, no less shave legs. Of course, I'm speaking from a man's point of view and one who likes to down a good beer or two, if you know what I mean!

It is very simple. I used a 2x6 and cut it long enough to fit across the bath tub between the wall and the trim that holds the shower door. Now you can sit. The 2x6 that I used is made from plastic that they use for plastic fence rails. It also can be slid front or back to make it easier to use. Hope that explains it well enough.

I was kidding around, Chuck!
It just struck me funny when I read your post-
It sounds like you, a guy, are telling me how you shave YOUR legs-
It sounds like there's a lucky woman in your life

As a fellow female I try not to shave my legs when spending time in the RV. It is best to just let yourself get in touch with nature. At this point he knows better than to complain But if you find it absolutely necessary I would suggest standing half in the tub and half out this way you will be able to get them shaved without getting water everywhere.

I have no trouble in our old Bounder but pale of warm water works great while sitting outside, seems the earlier I do it the more coffee my husband drinks watching me.

Great thread!

The DW has a simple yet apparently effective method. Stands outside the bath & places a foot up on the side of the tub & shaves the leg. Even better when I can lend a hand

A man once asked Abe Lincoln teasingly how long should your legs be? He replied without a hint of sarcasm, "Long enough to reach the floor". It would seem that this same answer applies here but I do like the imagery as my mind conjures the scene.

I shave my legs standing in the "bathtub" and putting one leg and then the other on the edge of the tub. I use a Tupperware container with hot water in it to rinse the razor.

Me thinks this thread is developing a life of it's own! It sure beats reruns of NCIS though.
