Shift Cable Problems

I have a 2000 V10 dolphin with a F53 chasis. The shift cable got against the exhaust and burnt the cable. It wont go into park. The original part F81D-7E395-AE is no longer available. Does anyone no a replacement or where I could find one.

Have you asked at a Ford dealer? If they can't help you, if you remove the original shift mechanism, a marine motor dealer or service center may be able to make one up for you. You could also check in RV salvage yards for a used part.
