Any full service rv shop will have someone with the skills. If you are worried about cost find a neighbor who is a wood worker and he can do most of it for you.

It took me about 30 mins to take out the old tv, and about 2 hours to make my own mount and get everything squared up. I'm going to add a soundbar to it now because of the empty space.
