Shore power not charging the chassis batteries

I just purchased this rig in January and new to solar. My problem is solar batteries are being charged but not charging chassie batteries. I cant find if there's a relay or fuse that might be causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

My daughter has an 05 Monaco and the chassis batteries would charge because it was not wired to, so I got them this 3 years ago for Christmas, works great.

My 2010 gaz mh is the same, my chassis battery is in front, just below the radiator so I installed a 5 WATT solar panel and connected it to the chassis battery. If I don't use the mh for a long period, I use the "cut-off" switch for the chassis battery.

Install the Amp-L-Start and your charging problems are over.

That’s a really nice product. Little pricey but nice! Your other option if you have your inverter powered on is to use a cheap battery tender. But lots of conversion loss and lots of folks don’t like leaving their inverters on.

First find out if your unnamed coach is supposed to charge the chassis batteries when charging the house batteries. If so, fix it. (BIM or BIRD/Trombetta)

If not there are several automatic battery connection/isolation devices that will charge in either direction but isolate when not charging.

And why would the OP have to leave the inverter on if he is connected to shore power?

This is a 2001 Monaco Diplomat it has a large solar install and I am wondering if that would have anything to do with it. I just purchased this rig in January and don't have any experience with solar so learning as I go. I was told all batteries would be charged by either solar, shore power or the generator. Seems like maybe a relay or fuse something like that prohibiting the charge coming through. I have checked all the fuses and relays I have found. Thanks for all the help from everyone.
