Red face Shorted out Diesel Batteries

I lost both my 12 volt batteries last night. During the process of locating a place to pull of everything electrical in the coach kept coming on and off. Marker lights, dash lights, engine startup lights, windshield wipers intermittent, everything except the headlights.

Checked fuses and could find none out. Have everything working okay today except the headlights (high and low beam). Marker lights, everything seems to be working ok.

Can anyone give me a clue where to look beyond the fuses? Thanks.

Start at batteries and make sure all connections are good, clean and tight
