The generator charges the house batteries via the converter, same as shore power.. Possible issues include tripped breaker, batteries in DISCONNECT mode, bad converter, blown fuse, and the one that gets me more often than not (my converter plugs in, it's not hard wired) OPPS, pulled the Q!@##Q plug ./.... again!!!!!

Thanks for heads up. I tested and works for me. Maybe an iPhone thing. It was a link to Trombetta web site who makes mine. I see yours is Intellitec - looks similar but different. May not be the problem or in the mix - as wa8 suggests the likely series above.

Check for a fuse in the battery compartment. Mine was not charging the start batteries. Works fine after changing the fuse
