Sun beats, mold/mildew, tree sap, black streaks down the sides, dirty roof and holes in it any day. I cut down 3 100+ yo oaks trees to get mine in the sun. Now where's that guy that wants to put a woodstove in his RV?

I would get a really good cover and park it on the slab in the sun. I am doing that for mine and I live in Tucson can't get much more sun then that!

no choice here, its in the woods. nice and cool for working on the inside. lots of crap on the roof. thinking of stretching a very slanted tarp over the top from the trees to cut down on the crap factor. still have a chance for this though:

ps: not a scratch on the rv! the car... not so good.

We live in AZ, i would have to agree park it in the sun away from trees. we put a cover over our class A stays nice avoid the trees. sister lives in Denver CO limb fell on her RV while parked under it, if you have room on one side of house that gets less of afternoon sun that would be good also
