Dolphin skylight replacement

As of Apr. 2013 Foxlite.com is still an excellent source for National RV skylight parts!

I too had a hail damaged skylight on my Dolphin motorhome. After searching for months to find a replacement I was beginning to think I would have to replace the entire skylight assembly to correct my problem. Then, I found the post about foxlite.com (Gene1 - 10/18/12 - 10:33 PM).
1 call to foxlite, 5 days later UPS showed up with the EXACT skylight I had searched for months for. Thank you Gene1 and foxlite.

Does anyone have a source for a skylight made from a different material that would last a little longer than the two that i have gone through? Or am i doomed to replace it with the oem part every three years? The cracks do not originate from the screw holes around the perimeter of the skylight. It is just a rectangular size, not an odd shape.

Thanks for any info

i think ppl parts store has them.
