Great guys. Scott now has me tearing out Monaco radiator shrouding in front of the radiator and intercooler and replacing it with a better approach. He say's it will keep the fan from operating even more,,,, It's worth a try!!

Finished the shrouding in time to leave for Fort Myers, Florida. Got a solid 8mpg on the Silverleaf out of the 1500 miles. Towing a small 6x12 trailer loaded with my Harley and a bunch of gear. Blizzard in Erie Pa, mountains, cold, heat, etc. All the elements. I say that the project was a success. Anybody that cares about performance and MPG take a look at your intercooler/radiator shrouding. If it is not sealed perfectly to the draw in cool fresh air and does NOT draw any air from the engine bay that is perfect. If it is not sealed consider the improvement. You wont be disappointed.
