Side to side leveling question

I have a Hurricane 2011 with auto leveling jacks. My problem seems to be that the coach will level front to back, but not side to side. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the leveling system?

I have a 2008 hurricane and had to set the system to recognize level. It's pretty easy the manual you have for your levelling system explains it well. Just buy a cheap circular bubble level and place it on the floor of the coach so you know when your perfectly level. I always check it now after levelling and it's always bang on, only had to set it the one time.

Depends on your brand of leveling system. My HWH can be re-calibrated if it does not level the coach properly. I read the HWH manual but didn't fully understand, so I had Camping World service center do the re-calibration.
