silverleaf and auto water fill

The silverleaf monitor in my o6 cc magna had an amber light on this morning. The coach has been garaged for about a month while not in use. All worked well when it was parked. I started the auto fill on the water, it said filling but it never did, just showed 0%,(water was on to coach). The manual says an amber light means something easy to fix (sure thing) like full or empty tanks. I started filling the water tank manually and the light went to green. I went back to auto fill and it still won't fill. Also the water pump won't turn off. The monitor green light is off but the screen says bypass. I can't seem to turn the pump off nor auto fill on . Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you also have a manual fill lever in the tank bay that could be in the wrong position.

FYI, our rules don't allow posting the same topic in multiple forums.

I have not called yet as this was Saturday, but I have emailed them. There is no manual valve that I am aware of other than an electronic valve. I don't know if there is a way to reset or reboot the circut board or not. I have cut the power off to it then turned back on but still no help.

I found the source of the problem. When it was in the shop for other issues , they had unplugged some wires going to a controller in the bay , and had plugged them back in wrong.(ie: temperature sensor wire was plugged into the pump controller and visa versa.) Switched them around and all is well.
I called silverleaf and they hooked me up with Mark and he walked me through the whole process till we found the problem. This guy knows his business and was very pleasant and willing to help. I think he has excellent knowledge of their product as I told him the year mod of the coach and he knew exactly what system was in it!
