I built a temporary mount with a piece of cabinet bracket and will design and build a much nicer mount later.

Here is another option for a monitor. DoubleSight Displays
Its a 9'' color unit that runs totally off the usb port on you computer, no separate power connection. the pic below was from our previous coach from 5 or 6 yrs ago but is in our current coach and still going strong.

I have an Acer Iconia W700 series tablet that sits/fits angled perfectly on the opened lower drawer in the center of the dash. BTW, I just recently discovered the PIDs for the primary and secondary air pressure, but I haven't checked yet to see if I get a reading.

I try to make mine easy to read at a glance. The items I display help improve my driving habits by watching Rolling HP, Rolling Torque and Instant MPG.

Oh, I'm liking this idea. I was struggling with where to place my netbook without hard mounting it. It looks like I could use the doubleSight display and the flex mount (it has a suction cup mount) to mount the DoubleSight to my side window and then place the netbook somewhere nearby.

What size screen is everyone using? Based on what you have, what size would you consider optimal for viewing while not over cluttering the cockpit?

Anyone using BOTH a ScanGauge D and a Silverleaf at the same time. Both seem to offer advantages, but of course I only have one connector upfront. I've looked for a Y capable, but haven't found one yet.
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Call silverleaf, they sell the interface unit, sensors and antennas and booster. Pressure pro sells all the items you will need but there are several interface models but only one works with vmspec. Getting directly from silverleaf makes it easier :-)
