Skidaway Island State Park
I have a Newmar Scottsdale 35 ft motor home. Wondering if I will have any problems in the park.
Any recommendations?

You shouldn't have any problems. We were there last year with a 39 foot class A pulling a GMC Canyon. The roadways in the campground are a little narrow, and be aware of overhanging branches, swing wide on the tight corners, normal stuff, and you shouldn't have any problems!

I have a 35 ft Pace Arrow. We love this park. WE see 45' Prevost in there all the time. The 40' plus usually stay in the full hook up area. There is a lot of huge oak trees. Just be careful and you will have no problems. If you want sewage you will have to call early. There are only a few sites with sewage.

My wife and I definitely want to visit this state park. I found it on rv park reviews. Hopefully this year or next. It looks gorgeous.

We were there in November after they reopened post Matthew. All the sites were clean and tidy, they did a great job and we found it a great place to stay. Sites are wide and we had no problems driving around.

A great State Park. You won't have any problems there. Our 40' MH towing a CRV was no problem.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm taking my wife Deep Sea Fishing in May. Any other attractions I should look for. Tours of the city?

Don't miss Fort pulaski. Last brick fort ever built. They had just invented the cannon with the pointed projectile and the rifled barrel. It spun the projectile and it went through 7 feet of bricked fort walls like butter. Also the water front. If you like seafood, don't miss the crabshack at Tybee Island.
