Slide adjustment

I have a 2015 AC Revolution. I am experiencing a water leak on the front edge of the main room slide when retracted. Upon investigating I determined the top three-fourths of the bulb seal is not seated on the side as well as the top. It appears the forward side of the slide is tipped down, just on the forward side. The left or rear side appears to be sealed as well as a small portion of lower forward side. Hence, the top forward side is tipped down. As you can tell I am not an RV tech. My question to those in the know is this is all probability an adjustment issue that can mitigate the misalignment? Or am I in trouble with a major repair?

I have a Tiffin but I have had to replace the bubble seal. In my case it had rusted out teeth that held it in place. Wasn't hard but time consuming as I had to take the topper lose and lay it over the roof to access the top part. Sliding the new seal in was slow and I had to use a lubricant. When finished I ran a bead of silicone caulk all around it.

Likely out of adjustment. Finding a competent RV technician that really know how to adjust a slide is difficult, because they do it so rarely.
Have you looked on rvservicereviews.com for nearby service centers with good reviews?

Slide adjustment is not easy. At last year's AC rally, where they provide free maintenance service, I asked that they adjust one of my smaller slides...on a different coach. They said they would not do it "in the field" in case something happened they would not have all their heavy duty tools and equipment to correct the problem.

Wouldn't your coach still be under warranty? The slide can be adjusted but they need to know what they are doing with the correct equipment.

Actually, it is out of warranty. I just had it at the Factory Service Center where they said it was fine. After three weeks I arrive home and it rains twice that day. Both times it leaked. I have been trying to communicate with the service writer who has been great but in this instance he is not much help claiming company policy issues. He refers me to a dealer which is another four hours away. I could drive the nine-hours back to the factory service but they didn't fix it last time. I would think this is not all that complicated but maybe it is. The most difficult part is getting an answer or firm advise from the factory on my best option to resole the issue.

The factory worked on it under warranty and did not fix the problem. This activates a continuation of warranty work on the slide until the problem is remedied.
If the service center supervisor is of no help, contact customer service.
