Slide draging hard on carpet

I have a 2007 allegro 34ft... when I move the dinette/couch slide in and out , it drags on carpet, need to know how to adjust the slide to pick it up a little...

I searched in the "powered by Google search" window at the top of this page, and found Slide Adjustment . Hopefully it is that simple on your model.

On a previous coach we had there was a hard plastic block on either side about the size of a grown man's hand that the slide rails slid back and forth on. Could yours be broken or slid out of place?
