Slide foam weatherstripping

I have a few spots on the inside lip of my slides that is missing the foam weatherstripping used to seal when it is full out. Does anybody know where I can get some. It looks to be about 1 inch square foam with one side having a sticky surface. I can't seem to find any that is thick enough.

I've been told that you can find the stuff at Home Depot but I could not. I did find 6 ft lengths of foam strips that I then used two sided tape to fasten to the spot where the old foam strips were. It works but is not a perfect match. Not cheap either.

Slide Foam Weather Stripping

My weather stripping under my LR slide is coming loose each time I open the slide. What is the best product to use to make sure the stripping stays put after I put it back in place? Should I use some type of glue, and what would be the best product?
Thanks,
Dave
