Slide in Bedroom moves while in storage

I've noticed the last several months that when I go out to check up on my Coach the bedroom slide has migrated out 6" to 11" out from fully retracted position. Anybody deal with this issue before?? My other two slides, which have electrically operated slide locks but the bedroom has no such locks.

Sounds like a valve is not closing tight if it's hydraulic.

Based on the sales brochure, it should have electric slide locks but the bigger question is, is it parked level while in storage? If so, then even is the slide locks aren't working, why would the slide move at all?

Could it be that either the slide switch has been accidentally pressed or that a mouse or something has chewed on the wiring and caused the slide to move?

Is this slide hydraulic or electric? How long have you had this coach? Is this a new problem or has it done it before?

My slides are hydraulic and it is parked on a level surface. The problem started happening about 2 months ago. I've owned the Motorhome 2 1/2 years

Hmmmmm? Just a comment - Reckon a surveillance camera would show anything suspicious going on? Rendezvous, homeless, teenager's love nest?

My thinking as well.

Try holding the retract switch for a few seconds after it has fully retracted. If the problem persists you likely have a leaky retract solenoid.

if it extends that far, its normally the extend valve on the room manifold.
objects that are at rest will stay at rest until a force is either reduced or applied to one of the surfaces. lower pressure on one side will cause the cylinder to equalize in pressure, moving the room out.
the other cause could be the room cylinder having a internal seal leak between the chambers. you will need pressure gauges and some shut off valves to test it correctly.
otherwise, replace the extend solenoid and see what happens.
i can help, either text me or email.
