Slide is not moving, but in urgent need

my coach is in a body shop for a whole body paint. it's at the time to move the slide out so they can paint the sides of slide to match the body colors, but, but it won't move...

the coach manual says "slide room travel locks must be unlocked prior to slide operation". do you know where these travel locks are at? also, what kind of hydraulic fluid to be used in country coach rigs? my manual didn't specify. is it dexron iii?

thanks.

The locking arms are inside the coach between the slide out and the wall. Usually just lock to keep slide out in when traveling. Dexron will be fine for the hydraulic fluid for both levelors and slide out for HWH system. Tom

Thanks Tom. I will go to the shop tomorrow to find out. The bodymen are waiting for me to get the slide out, otherwise the sides will not be painted... ouch!

Well, yes. If they can't access the sides they can't paint them!
