Slide Issue -- Moves Super Slow -- What to Check ??
Our diesel pusher's slides have always worked without issues. However, we have not been able to use the coach for several months and its been in storage. Now, two of the slides work great as usual, yet the 3rd slide moves very slow (about 1/10th the rate of normal movement) or does not move at all; it seems to be getting low and/or intermittent current; like a light bulb that is flickering on and off. My guess is a poor electrical connection somewhere that needs to be "freshen" up. Does that seem likely? Other potential problems? Where should we check/clean to fix the connection problem?

Hello, had one of two bedroom slide motors replaced last September in our 15 Ventana 4369.
Operation post replacement seemed normal. Wrapped up a two month caravan through New England during which time the slide movement really slowed.
It’s in my list for NEWMAR in September.
Wish I could offer more assistance however, I agree it may be wiring not secure. . . These are “ rolling earthquakes!”

What to check?
Happens to me all the time when my house batteries are not fully charged. I'm guessing the slides still working fine are hydraulic, and the slow one is using your house batteries. Maybe the batteries need a full charge? Did you attempt to open/close that slide while just on battery, or with the engine running? With the generator running?
And, cleaning the battery connections never hurts

Your hydraulic and electric slides use the battery in the same way: to power an electric motor to move the slide, they just use a different method to do the job. But in the end they both use your batteries to run an electric motor.

Coach? Year? Model? Electric or hydraulic slide?
More information is needed if you want an accurate answer.

If your batteries are low not the time to move slides, will cause more problems.
Start you Gen for a good 12v from your converter to supply motors.
Always have shore line plugged in or Gen running to operate slide systems.
You need this link that shows many slide problems plus much more.
