Slide issues in a Winnebago Vista

I have a 2014 Winnebago Vista 30T. My driver side kitchen slide decided to act up just before I went on holidays. Did some checking and found I had the Lippert in wall slide out system. Thought that maybe the motors were out of sync and tried that fix but that wasn’t the problem. The top right hand corner ( right behind the driver) seemed to be sticking. After seeing how easy it would be to change the electric motor on the lippert website I pulled the rubber back and saw that the nice notch described in their video did not exist on my rv.. I also found that the small roller that seems to guide the slide on the track was broken as well.
Bottom line is that I need to access the motor and the bearing block.
I assume this is done from the outside but I’m not sure. Anyone have any suggestions?
I’ve attached photos of what I can see.

Well that broken V roller looks like your biggest issue. I would call LCI and ask them but it looks like you need to remove and replace the bearing block that the V roller is attached to.

Lippert has some documentation that describes the procedure:

You can cut a notch while it's out to facilitate future motor replacement.

I just replaced a motor bearing block on my slim rack slide. I had to pull the entire rack out of the wall to do it. It is a little different than yours but you most likely will have to do the same to fix that.

I had to have access to both sides to pull mine out of the wall.

Thanks. I’ll be tackling that job this week. Looks like more fun than a human should be able to have! I’ll give LCI a call before I start and see what they have to say
