Slide out doesnt slide!!

I have a 2001 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38, its been parked in a rv resort since November, so I decided to take her on a short trip to get the bugs out before heading out in June. Tried to move the big slide in, it moved about 2 feet then stopped. It slide back out no problem, tried to bring it back in, move 2 feet and stopped. Has a few neighbors apply a little push to help it move in, moved in just fine no problems. Put the slide back out, tried to put in back in, same thing, moved 2 feet, stopped. Does any one have any ides or comments....thanks

First thoughts are 1) a small obstruction somewhere (magazine, toy, utensil), 2) gears need cleaning and lube, 3) motors are out of synch, 4) power is degraded (low voltage). Let us know if more info is helpful...

Do your batteries have water in them and good voltage? I would turn on a light that I could see while operating the slide and see if the light dims to nothing.

I'm not familiar with your chassis but do you have air bags?? If so are you moving your rig at ride height??
We learned from Monaco that slides in this era are installed at ride height so that is when they should be operated. So Jacks up, air up then slide in!!
