We need a little better description of the clicking. Does the motor run but the gearing maybe causing the clicking? If so, have someone find the gears on each of the two rams of the slideout mechanism (outside, underneath, slideout extended). With one or more helpers outside push the switch to retract and have them observe the gearing and ram operation. Do the gears slip over the teeth on the rams? Is so, I will have to give you a call when you or someone with mechanical skills can be under the room and I can get some more info and/or advise the repair needed. Send me a private message (click on my user name) if you would like a call.
