Slide Out Failure 2011 Thor Serrano

Ever have a total failure in your slide outs by operating 2 at one time?! Ours are dead! Called the Thor tech line and they weren't so helpful. Anyone out there able to give advice?
We tried to find a blown fuse, but they are all in tact. Tried the breaker panel and those are all fine. Then tried to locate a reset switch behind a panel under the bed per the phone tech, but there is none.
We are parked for a week with no slide outs! And we have no idea how to manually slide these beasts.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

you really should read the manual again
but go download the pdf book on your slides maker, its not thor, its either lippert or bal
as a rule running more than one at a time probably pulled a tons of amps

is your 12 system still working?
did the big fuses at the coach batteries blow or fail

i would call thor again and who ever makes your slide
bal and lippert despite their faults, generally have pretty good customer help
if its a bal slide...there is also a thermal switch at the motor behind the fascia above the slide

really need more info
hope you get it worked out as they are all closed now till monday

or Equalizer (what I have in my 2008 Mandalay by Thor), or ... there are others. But he's right, you need to find out who made yours.

Assuming you have hydraulic slides, is the entire hydraulic system out, i.e have you tried your levelers?
