Slide out light circuit fuse

Well it seems every week its a new flavour. This week my under cabinet lights don't work. I have recently replaced them with LED lights and they have been working fine for a month or more. Now they don't and the circuit is called slideout lights. the fuse is burnt indicating to me that a dead short is the culprit. I took the counter lights down but the connections are all good and I have crawled around under the coach but found no wires that may have pinched or broke.
Have any of you IRV2 friends had this happen? 1999 Safari Zanzibar 38 ft. with kitchen slide out. don't know where to look next and I'm reluctant to tear the cupboards apart to inspect the wires unless all other avenues prove to be working.
Thanks in advance, it's much appreciated.
