You should be able to order the parts from the slideout manufacturer.

Alfa did not build the slideout system. THey purchase them from companies like Power Gear, Lippert or HWH. Find out which system you have and get the parts from the slideout mfg.

Go to web page http://www.plccenter.com/buy/VON+WEISE/V05726AP88
PLCCenter will repair the motor for you. My mtor just broke. Two of the three housing mounts broke off. I order a new motor from Alf 700+ dollars + overnight shipping. While waiting I found it on line. They are more then doubling the price to us owners. Also there customer service in the parts department was very poor.

There are only a few manufacturers that will sell directly to consumers. Fantastic fans will just give them to you. On this gear drive I would think you are going to have to go through a dealer for parts. GOod luck and keep us posted as to the outcome.
