Slide out rollers

Every time I pull the slides out their is a black mark on the tile floor. I want to clean the rollers but I'm not sure how to get to them safely and with what product.
All suggestions would be appreciated. 35' Newmar Ventana .

I have a Phaeton so this might be different. It depends on which slide is making the mark. The ones on my DS are easy to see, just lift up the carpet and have someone hold it up. It is best to remove the roller to get it cleaned right. On the PS it is much harder to deal with - no carpet. This means laying on the floor flat to try and clean them. Most of the time I will take a wet towel with a little soap and bring the slide in over the towel, then pull on the towel to slide it on the roller. In and out until the mark is gone. Then there is the problem of broken rollers, not dirty ones, that can cause the marks.
