Slide out room transit locks???

The owner's manual for the 1998 Windstar 33SL says;
To extend the slide-out room, fist remove the transit blocks from on top of the room...

However, it does not have a picture to show exactly where and what these transit blocks are.

Can anyone post a photo so I can see what they are talking about.

Thank you.

In my last 5th wheel that had removable " transit locks " they were aluminum tubes, with rubber end caps. You jammed them into place to hold the slide room , in case the drive gears failed while driving. So , if you can't see anything at the top of the slide , chances are you didn't get them when you bought the RV.
Current coach has hinged bars 2/3rds the way up at either end of the slide that you push up and , over centre the hinge slides, there is no missing them , so your RV has or had something different.

Transit locks

Or, being used, the PO tossed them out. In which case, I will need to make some.

Just picked our MH up and drove it 80 miles home. The dealer gave me a new brace, as the original was missing.
