Hello I have just about same coach. Would that be the passenger side slide? Lippert is who made the slide mechanism for mine. I have not tried to adjust the slide. Mine are electric motor slides. Hope this helps. JP

I saved this from a post here on IRV2, about slide out rollers for GeorgieBoy. I hope it helps.

1. The 10" bedroom rollers with 1/4" round shaft, part #VTR-10 are conveyor belt rollers made by Cass Hudson Co., 28117 Charlotte Ave., Elkhart, IN 46517, Phone 800-423-1511 & 574-970-2100, web site Cass Hudson then choose "Brackets & Rollers" from menu. Cost $7.00 each. Oh yes, one end of the 1/4" shaft is spring loaded - just push in this end to remove and replace the rollers.

2.Alexander Screw Products in Indianapolis did not make the rollers for my living room slideout but have rollers that could be used as replacements Alexander Screw Products, Inc.
They actually provided the information to the Cass Hudson Company and they do have slide-out rollers that they have made for several makes of motorhomes.

Also: "The bedroom rollers turned out to be extremely easy and simple to replace. I moved the bedroom slide 1/2 of the way out and put a sissors jack under the slideout room. This was done from inside the unit. After raising the slideout up 1" and placing the wood blocks under it, I simply pushed in the spring loaded end of each roller and removed it. Replacing the 3 old rollers with the new ones by again pushing in the spring loaded end of the roller and putting it into the roller bracket."

Parts for the slide outs, pins, motors, gears etc are available from: RBW Store, formerly AL-KO here: Georgie Boy
