slide problem - 07 Monaco Dynasty

I have a 2007 Monaco Dynasty '42 with 4 slides.
The living room driver side slideout will not stay in. The slide creeps out as we go down the road. What is the cause and how to fix. Ed Coombs

With the slide in, measure the distance from the wall to the slide flange. Cut two pieces of PVC pipe just a wee bit longer. Wedge them in on top of the slide. Just remember to remove them before trying to put the slide out.

Hello Ed and welcome, are your slides controlled with hyd. cylinders? if so the holding valve (check valve) does not appear to be holding. I would not wedge anything in your slide to hold it in place, it needs fixed properly. Hopefully someone on here can inform you on how to correct your problem. Do you have the paper work from the slide control system? if so call them and ask your question, I'll bet it is not the first time they have been asked this question and can quickly direct you on what to do or what you need to fix your slide.

If you have an HWH hydraulic system then their trouble shooting manual says:

A. An extend solenoid valve is leaking.
B. A room extension cylinder has an internal leak.
C. The manifold check valve is leaking.

I've got a pdf file of the manual that I downloaded from their web site. If you can't find it, pm me and I'll send you a copy.
