I would say you have other problems, as the Samsung actually weighs less that the dometic according to the specs.

Another question- Have 010 Bounder 35h with frig in slide. The slide motor was struggling and just noticed paint is scraped on bottom of slide in frig area. Now with heavier EMPTY
frig the slide barely functions. What is the degree of difficulty in adjusting the slide? Should silicon be sprayed on bottom of slide to reduce friction or will it end up on carpet inside? Should I spray the seals to reduce friction as well and if so with what? Thanks

If you are scraping paint there is an interference problem that has to be fixed.

I think you have other problems than a 41# difference in frig. Does your slide run on roller or hard plastic. My table slide is a drop down and has hard plastic at the edge, so when it comes in it has to come up so I spray Teflon Non-Stick Dry film lube spray to help.

Am not physically able to check. It`s a 010 Bounder 35h with power gear slide mechanism. Will get someone to check.

What is the product name and where did you buy it? Does it dry quickly? Don`t want it on the carpet. Thanks

Here is a link to your manual.
http://support.powergearus.com/techdocs/82-S0010-01.pdf
Power Gear doesn't advise lubricating anything but the drive shaft and roller areas ( page 4).
I had the same set up in my 08 35E. Your weight difference shouldn't cause this issue.
Power Gear is very responsive to email inquires. Their address is info@powergearus.com .
Something may have happened during the installation of the new unit.
I hope they can offer some solution.

I use something like this plus we vacuum the edge clean before bring in the slide and apply the spray.

Thanks for the info. Do you spray on bottom slide cover? This touches the carpet when slide is in. Worried about ruining the carpet.
