Question Slide Slickers

Does anyone know how well "slide slickers" work on vinyl flooring?

They don't work at all. They have teeth on the bottom to hold on to carpet, but obviously are no good on vinyl.

I just purchased two sets to protect my new tile floor and can't use them at all.

Thanks..that is about what I figured. I will go ahead and have the shop add soft rubber sleeves to the rollers. As usual, short cuts don't work.
