slide won't extend

I have an 04 fleetwood providence 4 slide motorhome. My passenger side rear slide won't extend. It has given me troubles before but always seems to come around. It sounds like it gets power when I hit the switch to move in but not when I try to move it out. Any ideas?

With my unit the drivers seat must be forward, engine off, and levelers up.

If you are not getting power, try the reset button on the relay, my relay is in the rear electrical box with all the main switchgear.

The reset button is hard to see, mine is smaller than a pencil eraser flush with the side of the relay.

Do you know what kind of slide controller you have? Is it a schwintek or a cable slide? Or is it a gear driven system?

It is a power gear brand for the slide. I haven't been able to locate the relays. There are a bunch of wires and boxes in the storage compartment underneath the slide but still not sure if I'm in the right area.
Sorry I havent been back in here but my refrigerator went out as well so I am kind of freaking out right now. I was hoping the service guys fixing the fridge could handle the slide. NOPE!!! Very frustrating considering I'm leaving weds. Anyway the slide is my last issue for now.

I had just the opposite happen with my power gear slides, the slide would extend but not retract. On my 2003 Bounder Diesel the relay boards were in the compartment with the inverter, mounted on the back wall of the compartment. The boards were right next to each other so I swapped the wiring plug between the relay boards along with the fuse and was able to retract the extended slide using the other slides controls. When I got home I replace the relay boards.
