Slideout Brake in Winnebago

Slideout opens a few inches at the bottom and we think it's the brake on the slide. Does anyone know how to repair this? Could just need an adjustment we've been told.

Thanks!

This could be correct. We have a Tour 40' with electric slide locks that are located in the top of the slides. Do you have a lock switch? If so, and there is no response when pressing it (I can hear mine retract or lock), I would consider opening it up (my locks are under a black plastic cover located on the top of the cabinet in the slide). Mine failed once and I found I could gnetly tap the lock motor while my wife pressed the button and it would activate. Needed a new motor and it has been great ever since.
