Smile Slide not opening.

Living in tucson and picking up the RV on a 100+ degree day my husband started up the rig! we went to get fuel and then pulled over in a big parking lot to hook up our toad. He left the MH running to cool it down and then came in and said it looked like the one slide wasn't in all the way. So, of course he tried the switch and you can all laugh now. Anyway, as fairly new MH owners and only using it a few times a year, until my husband retires in Dec. he forgot that the slides won't open with the engine running. Needless to say, we provided a good laugh for the service technician when we took it back.
