I'm not familiar with the Rexhall at all, but wanted to mention a couple of things.

On my coach, the storage bay doors are interlocked to the slide controls. If any door is not closed good, the slides will not move. That's a safety on coaches that have bay doors that raise up instead of sideways. It has saved me more than once!

The hydraulic leveling jacks may be operating from the power steering system. This is just a guess, since I'm FAR from being a RV tech! If that's the case, then the low power steering fluid may be the problem.

Sorry I can't be more help! Maybe somebody will come along that's really familiar with your coach and can give you better information!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

There is a post in the Rexhall owners forum that implies that if neither the jacks or slide are working it could be caused by a "Shuttle valve". The title of the post is "HWH Jack. May want to contact that member with a PM. I would also recommend filling the brake fluid anyway. Sure can't hurt anything.

Low brake fluid is generally an indication of worn pads. Not knowing what jack system you have makes it difficult to venture a guess as to what the problem is.

Duh, reread the post... Low power steering fluid is usually a leak somewhere. Bad seal, connection, hose. Never heard of power steering supplying the jacks.

Slides wont come in and levelers arent working

Got good power - Batteries good in the coach? Thinking of items common to all slides and jacks.

HWH jacks however have their own stand-alone oil reservoir to power their systems. It is usually at or near the HWH pump and valving assembly, but some RV mfgrs. put it where they found space for it.
That does not explain jacks not retracting though, as HWH used springs for jack retraction. A faulty electric solenoid would have that symptom though.

Sounds like a dead-short somewhere when you turn on the switch.
