I just had same problem. In my 2001 fleetwood flair. My rear slide would work fine. But front slide would not come in. Emailed fleetwood and they emailed me back wire diagram for slides. It turned out I had a bad relay. But that's my coach you might have something else wrong. Good luck

O and my slide works with engine on or off.

Don't want to hijack this thread buy my Fleetwood Revolution is now doing the same back slide works find but front one acts like it wants to come in but only moves a small amount and stalls.. if I go under and "help it" with a wrench it goes in.. I have a few thoughts a) it has spend some time in the desert so possibly dirty rack and pinion ? or b) is there a current control adjustment ? c) does it need lubrication ?
