Sliding closet doors

Hi, I have a 2008 Winnie Destination and have been wrestling with adjusting / repairing the sliding mirrored closet doors in the bedroom. I can't seem to find any replacement hardware and the doors are almost impossible to keep aligned so that they open and close smoothly. Not sure who thought these were a good idea, but they are just a pain.

Anyone made any modifications to sliding doors in an RV?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Those doors are a real engineering masterpiece aren't they.

I had to install a sheet metal screw in each of mine to keep the locking handle from sliding all the way down the channel to the floor but haven't made any other mods to it.
