Question Slight Smoke From Aqua-Hot

We're presently on the Colorado Front Range. Our Aqua-Hot sometimes has a slightly visible smoke when running and puts a light carbon black stain on the ground. Works great other than that. Is this anything to be concerned about?

If it is sooting outside it is also sooting inside so yep when was the last service on it? Nozzle and filters should be changed every year at min and burner would be adjusted during the tune up. Also since you say your in CO it could be from the altitude as well.

I was in Colorado last month and noticed the same thing. After getting back home not so much.... so part of the problem is altitude. It's probably time for a new nozzle and service for both of us.

No problem, just stand back and throw money at it!
